What’s it like to train with me?

These aren’t cookie cutter programs, they’re designed for your real life - your schedule, goals, body, and mindset:

  1. First, you reach out. You fill out a short form to let me know you’re interested. From there, I’ll connect with you over text or email to book a call.

  2. We chat. On our call, we’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, what you want to achieve, and what kind of support you need. You’ll also have a change to ask me anything.

  3. If it’s a go, you’ll officially join the program. Once you’re accepted, I’ll send over a few short forms to get a better understanding of your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

  4. Your program is built around you. You’ll be added to my app, where you’ll find your personalized workouts, nutrition goals, and any habits we’re working on. You can log everything right there, and I’ll check in weekly to adjust and support you.

  5. We’ll stay connected. We set up regular check ins through text, call, or both to keep you accountable and work through anything life throws at you - together.

This isn’t just a workout plan. It’s a full support system in your pocket. Every training session comes with video demos and clear instructions, so you never feel lost in the gym. You’ll be able to track your reps, log your meals, upload progress photos, and even message me directly through the app whenever you need a boost or have a question. We’ll set goals together (big or small) and build habits that feel good and actually last. Whether you want to lift heavier, feel better in your skin, or finally stay consistent… I’m here to help you get there, one real, sustainable step at a time.
