What’s included in coaching?

Each plan includes custom training, weekly accountability, and mindset support. Everything you need to make progress and actually keep it. You’ll know exactly what to do, why it works, and how to adapt it to your life.

What makes your coaching different from other trainers?

I don’t hand out cookie cutter programs. My clients learn how to train smarter, not harder; balancing physique goals with mental health, lifestyle, and long-term sustainability. Fitness shouldn’t take over your life; it should make it better.

Do you only train women?

No. While most of my clients are women, I also coach men who value structure, empathy, and performance based programs. The approach is personalized for each client, and not based on gender. I also welcome non-binary and trans individuals - everyone is welcome!

Do I need a gym membership?

No. I create plans around whatever equipment you have.


Do I need experience in the gym?

No, not at all. I work with everyone from beginners to advanced lifters. Your program starts where you are and progresses over time.

How is the coaching delivered?

Everything runs through my private coaching app. You’ll see your workouts, check-ins, progress tracking, and messaging all in one place.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients will start noticing physical and mental changes within a few weeks - things like better energy, improved strength, and more consistency. This will of course depend on how well you follow the program and also our goals we set together.

Do I need to track calories or macros?

Only if it’s helpful for you. I offer multiple nutrition options - from intuitive eating support and habit coaching to full macro tracking. If you’ve had a difficult relationship with food in the past, we’ll take a gentler, mindset-first approach.


What if I have a history of disordered eating?

Then you’re in the right place. Many of my clients have been there. I never use restrictive plans or triggering language. The goal is to build a healthy, empowered relationship with food and movement.

What if I’ve tried other programs before and nothing stuck?

That’s exactly why I designed my coaching this way. Most programs are too extreme, too impersonal, or too hard to follow. I’m here to function as your built in fitness best friend - meaning you’ll hear from me often, there’s no such thing as a bad question, and we’ll build a plan MEANT for you.

How often will we communicate?
You’ll check in weekly through the app, and you can message me anytime. I also provide video feedback, mindset coaching, and habit tracking. You’ll never be left guessing what to do next.

What happens if I miss a workout or fall off track?
You message me. We adapt. There’s no guilt here — just problem-solving. Coaching isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and course correction.

Will you hold me accountable?
Absolutely. Accountability is part of the value. You’ll get gentle but honest check-ins and adjustments to keep you progressing even when motivation dips.

Are there contracts or commitments?
No long-term contracts. It’s month-to-month, but I do ask for 14 days’ notice to cancel or pause so I can manage client capacity.

How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe inside Trainerize. Once you set up your plan, billing renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?
Because I deliver personalized plans and ongoing support, I don’t offer refunds once a billing cycle begins. You’re always in control of when you cancel with 14 days’ notice.

Can I pause my coaching if I go on vacation or get injured?
Yes, pauses are available with notice. Just message me, and I’ll adjust your plan or billing accordingly.

What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive an email within 24 hours with next steps and a link to book your consultation call. We’ll discuss your goals, past experiences, and see if we’re a good fit.

When does my program start?
Once your payment is processed and your onboarding form is complete, your plan is delivered within 3–5 business days.

How do check-ins work?
Each Sunday you’ll get a quick check-in through the app to reflect on your week. You’ll get feedback, updated programming, or support as needed.

What do I need to get started?
An internet connection, your phone, and a willingness to show up. Everything else: training, nutrition, mindset, and structure… I’ll handle.
